BOI Deadline Set

We have an important update regarding the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and FinCEN filings that requires your immediate attention.

  1. Due to the latest court ruling, Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting is now mandatory for more than 30 million small businesses.

  2. FinCEN has extended the filing deadline to March 21st.

  3. Reports must be submitted by this deadline unless you qualify for a hurricane-related extension.

  4. The recent court ruling in the Samantha Smith case favors the Department of Justice and FinCEN. It effectively reinstates the CTA, and no active injunctions block its enforcement.
